I’m a results-driven Investment Banking professional, grounded in rigorous quantitative work and driven by deal outcomes. With an MSc in Financial Modelling & Investment (University of Glasgow, UK) and an MBA in International Business, I support the full deal lifecycle—from origination and financial due diligence through transaction execution and investor materials.

In my Investment Banking & M&A Analyst role with RCS Advisors (Freelance), I’ve supported M&A and capital advisory mandates across healthcare and FMCG on buyside and sellside engagements. I build multi-scenario DCF valuation models, conduct comparable company and precedent transaction analysis, and apply EBITDA normalization, quality of earnings, and working capital analysis to strengthen investment decisions.

I pair valuation depth with commercial structure: I prepare pitch books, information memoranda, investor presentations, and deal documentation that translate complex datasets into decision-ready outputs. I also maintain deal pipeline and idea trackers and lead stakeholder coordination across simultaneous deal streams—legal, senior advisors, and client counterparts—under pressure.

What makes me especially effective is how I augment research and delivery with AI-powered tools—accelerating sector benchmarking, thematic research, and pitch material production using Microsoft Copilot, Claude AI, Perplexity, Julius AI, NotebookLM, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini. Alongside NISM Series V-A certification and RBI/SEBI compliance experience from IDFC First Bank, I’m actively seeking front-office analyst roles in Investment Banking, ECM/DCM, M&A, or Sponsor Coverage where I can contribute quickly and grow with strong mentorship.
