I am a BSc IT graduate and full-stack developer with hands-on experience building responsive interfaces, mobile UIs, and enterprise systems using ASP.NET, Flutter, Java, and SQL. I bring a strong analytical foundation in algorithms and usability, and I am certified in AI in the 4IR.
In my current role as a Junior Analyst at HCL Technologies I work on ITSM ticket analysis in ServiceNow, SLA adherence, Azure AD identity management, and monitoring enterprise systems with SolarWinds and Citrix Director. As a student assistant I supported over 60 students and assisted lecturers with assessments, demonstrating strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Project highlights include designing the Rea Vaya mobile app (Flutter, ASP.NET, MySQL) with trip-planner and feedback features, a Shortest Path Finder implemented in Java using Dijkstra's algorithm, and an Image Filter App built with JavaFX and CSS. I am eager to apply my AI and UI/UX knowledge to product-focused teams building user-centered digital experiences.
