I've led national blood donor mobilization and crisis communications at Ethiopian Blood and Tissue Bank Services, increasing voluntary donor registrations by more than 23% and mobilizing emergency donations during blood shortages. I also build partnerships with WHO, health NGOs, and community leaders to expand public health outreach.

Previously, I strengthened visibility and trust for AaBET Hospital and the Ministry of Health through media campaigns, executive briefings, spokesperson work, and daily media monitoring.
