At SymphonyAI, I own end-to-end manual testing for an Augmented Reality retail visualization tool and its core backend platform, where I’m the primary owner of backend service testing. Across two comparable regression cycles, systematic regression testing and root-cause analysis with developers helped reduce reported bugs by 34%.
I authored and maintain more than 583 test cases and test new features through exploratory testing. My work includes API testing with Postman and Swagger, data checks with PostgreSQL, and validating data pipelines using Python scripts and Azure Blob Storage.
Previously, I tested features at Uprising Agency and web and mobile applications at Beeline, including manual API and UI testing. At SymphonyAI, I also onboarded and mentored five QA engineers, and I’m expanding into test automation alongside my manual testing experience.
