Ujjwal Sapkota

I've led architectural design and documentation at JARA Group for residential, mixed-use, institutional, interior, and master-planning projects. As Project Architect for the International Spiritual and Wellness Centre in Dhading, I led master planning across a 9-acre hillside site and coordinated structural, civil, MEP, landscape, and environmental consultants.

I resolved road alignment, level platforms, infrastructure routing, and building placement for an eventual 20+ building-block wellness campus, with three blocks complete and construction ongoing. I also serve as Project Architect and Lead Designer for the Hotel Western Palace and Complex in Tulsipur.

Previously at Zero Dia Nepal, I designed residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, interior, landscape, and branding work while coordinating with engineers, clients, contractors, and junior interns. Alongside full-time roles, I've worked independently with firms and individual clients on residential, interior, and branding projects.

I'm a Registered Architect with the Nepal Engineering Council and a Bachelor of Architecture graduate from Kathmandu University. I use BIM, 3D modelling, visualization, technical detailing, and clear consultant coordination to turn client requirements into practical, buildable designs.
