I’m a highly motivated, results-oriented Purchaser with experience in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services to support normal plant running. I’m driven by outcomes—right quality, right price, and reliable delivery—backed by strong supplier coordination.

As Deputy Manager – Purchase at Carbon Resources Pvt. Ltd (August 2023 to till now), I procure domestic material and services through SAP/ERP while maintaining minimum inventory and managing project items. I arrange techno-commercial offers for technical clearance, then finalize them with the technical and commercial teams, considering quality, price, lead time, delivery schedule, and technical preference.

Previously, as Team Member – Purchase at Kesoram Rayon (Feb 2012 to Dec 2022), I handled multiple negotiations with vendors to secure best pricing without compromising technical requirements. I also coordinated supplier/contractor job status, ensured timely receipt of materials/services, supported annual material/service/subcontracting rate contracts, and worked on continuous improvement of PR to PO timing.

I focus on cost reduction, new vendor development, evaluating vendor manufacturing process and quality standards, and preparing AMC for required equipment. I also prepare monthly payment plans, follow up with F&A for timely payments, and maintain minimum stock levels to avoid stock-out conditions.
