I’m a Chemical Engineering graduate building practical expertise in quality control and quality assurance through hands-on work in manufacturing. I focus on analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strengthening my ability to support strong QA/QC processes.

As an Assistant Quality Control Executive at Beloxxi Industries Limited, I monitored production activities across 12-hour shifts to ensure process parameters met operational and quality specifications. I performed and documented multi-stage quality inspections on raw materials and finished products, including sensory evaluation, weight verification, and oil content analysis, while identifying non-conformities and quality risks to support timely corrective actions. I also maintained up-to-date quality records to support traceability across production batches.

Earlier, as an Industrial Intern at DeChimex Aluminium Coating Company, I supported quality work across aluminium coating processes. I helped monitor cleaning, pre-treatment, and painting activities, measured coating thickness against product specifications, assisted with movement of materials to keep workflow steady, and maintained cleanliness and safety while supporting routine quality checks.

My training is reinforced by certifications in HSE Levels 1–3, Quality Management Systems ISO 9001 principles, and Customer Relationship Management. I work comfortably with documentation and reporting, using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and I bring a growing, disciplined understanding of GMP compliance, SOP adherence, and production inspection.
