At Centre for Community Development & Research (CCDR), I architected the product roadmap, information architecture, and content strategy for DTU Prayas, a campus-led EdTech platform. Adoption grew from 0 to 500+ within six months of launch, and the platform scaled to a 5,000+ student user base.
I mobilized and led a six-member cross-functional team and helped grow the applied-research problem repository from 650 to 1,500+ projects through agency partnerships, including DRDO. At DTU - Innovation and Incubation Foundation, I maintained 99% accuracy across a 3,000+ record student database and created Excel tracking mechanisms that cut manual look-up time by 60%.
In my projects, I’ve used Power BI to explore sales and customer demographics, and SQL to build an RFM segmentation and cohort analysis pipeline. The analysis identified customer groups for retention and win-back efforts.
