I’m a results-driven IT Specialist and Software Engineer with an academic foundation in Computer & Robotics Science and hands-on operational experience across infrastructure, application development, and data integrity workflows. I focus on keeping systems healthy—so users get stable performance, predictable uptime, and trustworthy data.

In my current role at Eden Solutions & Resources Ltd, I manage internal IT support operations including diagnostic assessments and device provisioning to support network stability and environment health. I also oversee security configuration patches and platform availability to reduce connectivity issues and eliminate technical downtime for operational teams.

Across my web work, I lead end-to-end interface engineering—redesigning core corporate web layers using Laravel and JavaScript frameworks to boost performance and optimize asset load configurations. I’m comfortable translating operational parameters into clear updates for business units, aligning technical health strategy with immediate administrative goals.

Earlier, as a Pension Resolution Officer Intern (C&C Dept) at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, I conducted strict audits of contribution schedules and high-volume data streams to isolate pipeline anomalies and resolve financial transaction drops. I managed client account discrepancy lifecycles while ensuring compliance with PenCom regulations, using advanced Excel and automated analysis tools to deliver production pipeline health reports for senior management.
