At Port Louis, I developed and improved more than 15 automation workflows for issuing, capturing, and reading certificates, payment slips, and invoices on public portals. These improvements expanded automated coverage by approximately 35% across agencies including TJRS, TRF1, TRF5, MPT, TCU, and CETESB.
I reduced execution time for critical workflows by up to 23% and cut failures and manual interventions by 20% to 30%. I also delivered more than 40 production improvements in the first months of the project.
At CPDS – Centro de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento de Software, I developed the back end for a clinical and academic platform covering appointments, patient records, clinical notes, procedures, documents, digital signatures, and traceability. I implemented its workflows in Laravel, PHP, Eloquent, and PostgreSQL.
My projects include PortData, a public-portal automation system, and a management microservice built with ASP.NET Core. I’m completing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems at Universidade Estadual do Sudoeste da Bahia – UESB.
