I strengthen procurement operations and compliance by replacing transactional RFQs with frame agreements, cutting low-value purchasing by 70% and reducing lead times to under 5 days. I onboard OEM and specialist suppliers, resolve field-execution conflicts, and improve service levels to 95% while reducing MTTR by ~25%—backed by dashboards for spend, P2P, and contract performance.

Previously, as Deputy Manager – Group Category Procurement, I steered a PKR 4B annual spend portfolio, delivered consistent 10% YoY cost reduction, and improved delivery timelines and defects by up to 90% using high-volume frame agreements and lifecycle-cost models. Earlier, in vendor management at Haier Pakistan, I led localization sourcing and development projects—negotiating a 20% reduction for a Kenya market supply program and improving OTIF performance by 90%—and I continue to build capability through CIPS ethical sourcing certification and ongoing CSCP coursework.
