Ubaid Desai

I’m a full-stack web developer and digital marketer with experience across software development, QA, applied AI and digital strategy. I currently work on production software using technologies including Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase and Capacitor, with experience taking projects from initial planning through development, testing and deployment.

My work includes building privacy-focused health applications for users in South Africa and New Zealand, developing a browser-based simulation game, and delivering web development and QA projects for clients. I also have experience evaluating and improving AI-generated responses through my work with AI training platforms.

Alongside development, I have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO/GEO, content creation and business automation. I enjoy working on projects where technology, problem-solving and digital strategy come together, and I’m particularly interested in opportunities involving web development, AI, QA and digital products.
