I am a dedicated QA engineer with hands-on experience testing large healthcare CRM platforms, administrative tools, and mobile applications across Android and iOS. I write and maintain automation using Playwright and build scalable test frameworks to run regression and end-to-end suites.

I have improved test coverage by 25% per sprint and reduced manual testing time by 12 hours per sprint through structured test planning and automation. I also developed Playwright scripts to capture website screenshots used for training AI models and validated large-scale data anonymisation processes for accessibility and consistency.
