I've led architecture and delivery for platforms serving millions of users, including an enterprise training system with 10M+ registered users and roughly 40,000 peak concurrent users.
At Guizhou Jiuwai Bi Technology, I evolved a PCDN platform for 5,000+ edge nodes and reduced its core failure rate from about 30% to below 1%. I also introduced AI-assisted diagnosis connecting issue descriptions, machine identification, and operational tools.
Across MOM/MES, e-commerce, SaaS, digital archive, OCR, and search products, I turn repeated delivery work into reusable platforms. I stay close to difficult production issues while leading engineering, product, QA, and delivery teams.
