In my 4 months at Raevsky Meat Processing Plant as an Inventory/Veterinary Control Specialist, I streamlined incoming order processing in 1C, significantly reducing invoice preparation time and minimizing manual data entry errors. I ensured data accuracy by keeping shipping documentation aligned with 1C records and actual stock levels, reaching a 0% discrepancy rate while maintaining strict compliance with state and veterinary standards.

In 3 months at ER-Telecom Holding as a Call Center Specialist (Active Sales), I leveraged CRM systems to record client data, identify pain points, and recommend technically optimal service plans. I translated technical specifications into client-friendly language, handled objections, improved communication processes, and consistently supported sales and client retention targets.

I bring discipline beyond my roles through trading, where I developed emotional resilience and analytical reporting habits. I also strengthen my technical drive by authoring a research paper in Information Security, holding a technical patent, and participating in IT hackathons—while staying committed to transparent workflows, professional ethics, and responsibility.
