I’m a final-year BBA LLB(H) student specializing in corporate law, with a strong interest in how legal principles translate into real transactions, disputes, and regulatory outcomes. I’m especially drawn to mergers & acquisitions, competition law, and the evolving relationship between law, business, and technology.
Through internships, research work, moots, and drafting experience, I’ve built a practical, analysis-first approach to corporate law, arbitration, securities law, and digital competition law. I enjoy legal research, contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical discussions that require both commercial understanding and legal reasoning.
I’ve supported case preparation by extracting key portions from judicial decisions, preparing case notes and briefs, and conducting statutory and case-law research to strengthen arguments. I’ve also gained exposure through mediation and client counselling observations, NCLT proceedings research on minority shareholders’ rights, and drafting legal notices for a range of matters, while earning recognition in negotiation and presentation settings.
