Grace Amolese
@graceamolese
Public Health Officer focused on maternal care, health education, and digital health interests.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Public Health graduate with hands-on experience in community health outreach, health education, and program implementation. I deliver health talks, document data, and support maternal and reproductive health services with a focus on clear communication and patient-centered support.
As a Public Health Officer (NYSC) at Apata General Hospital, I deliver health education to pregnant women during antenatal clinic sessions, support family planning services through client registration and documentation, and maintain accurate patient records and registers. I also help promote maternal and child health within the community.
Through internships at AMCH and Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), I supported research through questionnaire administration, rotated across Epidemiology, Youth Clinic, Chest Clinic (TB), Staff Clinic, and Immunization Clinic, and assisted with TB control activities, immunization services, and public health outreach. I’m especially motivated by my growing interest in telemedicine and digital health solutions, reflected in my final year project on “Telemedicine in Public Health: Knowledge, Attitude, and Perception among Students in Babcock University.”
