What I'm looking for

I seek a clinically rigorous, multidisciplinary role where I deliver client-centred mental health interventions, expand telehealth access, contribute to program development, and grow through collaborative learning.

I am a clinically grounded Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in mental health assessment, therapeutic intervention, and psychosocial rehabilitation across acute, forensic, and community psychiatric settings. I deliver client-centred, evidence-based interventions (CBT-informed, MI, DBT skills) and support functional recovery for complex presentations including mood disorders, psychosis, substance use, trauma, and dual diagnosis.

I collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, maintain ethical documentation aligned with HPCSA standards, and adapt interventions for telehealth and hybrid care. I have developed EAPs and substance rehabilitation programs, facilitated return-to-work interventions, and am pursuing an MSc in Occupational Therapy by dissertation at the University of the Witwatersrand.
