I am a dedicated and enthusiastic sports coach with a strong focus on training programme design and the anatomy of the body. I have experience leading teams in rugby and hockey, and have developed innovative drills to enhance skill development and promote team cohesion.

I hold a Higher National Certificate from ETA College, Bloemfontein, where I emphasized the importance of proper nutrition and covered strategies for individual training for special needs clients. I am certified in Level 1 Coaching in rugby and am committed to implementing age-appropriate conditioning programmes tailored to each sport.

I possess excellent communication, goal-setting, and people skills, and am passionate about motivating others and promoting teamwork and collaboration among players.
