Trishita Singha Roy

I'm currently a Bhumi Fellow, strengthening teaching practices through teacher support and training, designing student-centric learning activities, and collaborating with government schools to bridge academic gaps.

I've conducted field research with Doyen Enterprise in remote and rural areas, identifying primary data sources, conducting interviews, and preparing field research reports. My sociology thesis explored gender norms in friendship through 50 Google Form interviews and 10 telephonic interviews.

I'm motivated to promote gender equality, inclusive policies, sustainable social progress, and holistic development for children from under-resourced communities.
