I’m looking for a strategic finance role where I can own R2R and FP&A, strengthen financial reporting and controls, and keep driving continuous improvement through automation—focused on sustainable growth and operational excellence.

I’m a highly analytical, result-driven Chartered Accountant with over 9 years of experience bridging Record to Report (R2R) excellence with FP&A insights. I specialize in comprehensive financial reporting, statutory compliance, and operational excellence, with hands-on ownership of period close, trial balance review, and balance sheet reconciliations under US GAAP.

In my current role at Amazon Dev. Center India, I spearhead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, maintain General Ledger integrity, and deliver clear variance analysis to support executive decision-making. I also lead end-to-end Fixed Assets (FA) R2R ownership—governing the full asset lifecycle, impairment actions, and Capex vs. Opex reclassifications—while contributing to process automation initiatives such as the FASL+migration project and DMS-driven improvements. Previously, at JSW Group (Steel & GBS), I transitioned Finance & Accounting activities into SSC without business disruption, supported internal/statutory/tax audits, and improved reconciliation processes (including automation that generated savings equivalent to ~1.5 FTE and driving over 80% automation in domestic Transfer of Assets).
