I’m a Chartered Accountant and finance professional focused on statutory and internal audit, compliance, and risk-driven decision support. I combine deep audit discipline with an improvement mindset—turning audit insights into actions management can execute.

In my role as General Manager Finance at IIT Kharagpur AI4ICPS I Hub Foundation, I help ensure robust financial governance and timely execution across operations. I’ve owned responsibilities like ensuring adherence to accounting and reporting requirements, overseeing budgets, and coordinating with key departments and Government authorities.

Earlier, as an Articled Assistant at a leading CA firm, I gained strong experience across risk assessment and audit assurance. I initiated risk assessment that uncovered fraudulent payroll practices (Air India), ensured compliance with Schedule III disclosure requirements and reporting under CARO, 2016, and supported GAAR compliance. I also integrated sampling methods to expedite the auditing process without losing efficiency and tested design and operating effectiveness of controls.

I’m equally strong in audit execution and reporting: I designed audit reports as per SA 700/705/706, developed audit plans based on key risk areas, and prepared comprehensive reports summarizing results, concerns, and management action plans. I also support tax planning and preparation, IT return filing, Direct Tax and GST scrutiny, and contributed to startup investment readiness assessments through detailed financial and business evaluations.
