Since 2007 I have worked with Life Care Centers of America and have served as Managed Care Liaison since 2020, developing deep familiarity with skilled nursing Medicare criteria and utilization management practices.

I am proficient with tools including Excel and Availity, learn quickly, and prioritize teamwork and clear communication to drive patient-centered outcomes and operational efficiency.
