I manage day-to-day security operations at Safe Harbor Rybovich, supporting a high-profile marina and maritime environment across security, guest services, training, and dispatch.
I oversee internal and contracted security teams, develop and enforce SOPs and post orders, and manage access control, CCTV, patrols, visitor management, emergency response, and incident documentation.
I lead onboarding and continuing training while maintaining compliance with MARSEC requirements, FTZ regulations, safety standards, and site-specific security procedures. I also coordinate with property management, marina operations, HR, safety, and senior leadership to address operational risks and corrective actions.
