Health care arbitration neutral and attorney specializing in complex reimbursement and No Surprises Act disputes.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Health Care Arbitration Neutral and attorney with more than 18 years of litigation, arbitration, regulatory, and adjudicative experience. I serve as an Arbitration Neutral for the American Health Law Association and as a FINRA Health Care Arbitration Neutral, and I’m also a New York State Courts Part 137 Arbitrator. I evaluate complex legal, medical, insurance, financial, and healthcare reimbursement disputes by reviewing documentary evidence, applying statutory and regulatory standards, and preparing written determinations.
I bring deep experience analyzing healthcare-related claims, medical records, expert submissions, liability assessments, and regulatory requirements, including the Federal No Surprises Act Independent Dispute Resolution process, Qualified Payment Amount (QPA) methodology, and provider-payer reimbursement disputes. As an attorney, I’ve independently managed high-stakes matters across medical malpractice and a range of civil disputes, and I’ve led technology-focused legal work, including litigation preservation holds, data production, and supervising a team of IT attorneys.
