What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own clinical data management from study startup through closeout—driving query management, reconciliation, eTMF quality, and process improvements—while mentoring teammates and supporting successful oncology and neurology programs.

I’m a clinical data management professional with almost 4.9 years of experience, including hands-on study startup, conduct, and closeout expertise. I’ve worked across oncology and neurology therapeutic areas in clinical phases 1, 2, and 3, partnering closely with teams to ensure compliant, high-quality clinical data.

In IQVIA, I focus on query management (including manual, system, and external queries) with soft lock and hard lock discrepancy handling. I manage data transfer and vendor data (CDM), perform vendor reconciliations and reconciliation listings, and support data validation, edit/dynamic checks, and SAS-based listings; I also contribute to eTMF activities including RAVE, Inform, DataLabs, and filings. I’ve helped drive process improvements, trained junior colleagues, and delivered consistent results—earning “Employee of the month” twice while supporting partner QC and functional QC.
