At Capyngen Pvt. Ltd., I engineered a multi-tenant SaaS Sales CRM used by 100+ users, building its frontend and backend with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB. The CRM supports lead management, sales workflows, dashboards and campaigns.
I implemented hierarchical, permission-based role access to help keep CRM data and features isolated by tenant. I also delivered sales operations modules and integrated Tata Smartflo telephony APIs and webhooks for call workflows and real-time event syncing.
At Revisewise Education Solution Pvt. Ltd., I worked with cross-functional teams on dashboard content presentation and improved the existing codebase. The resume attributes a 15% improvement in user navigation clarity and a 2% lift in user retention to changes in visual hierarchy and engagement elements.
I also built FoodRush, a full-stack food delivery platform, and SplitApp, an expense-sharing app. For FoodRush, I implemented role-based authentication, real-time updates, payment integration and tests, then deployed the frontend on Vercel and backend on Render.
