I’m a Certified Medical Assistant with 5+ years of healthcare and customer service experience, focused on keeping communication fast, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant. I’m especially strong in high-volume calls, scheduling, and documenting care in EHR systems.
In my current role as a Medical Assistant at Pratt OB-GYN (2024–2026), I managed high-volume calls, scheduled appointments, and ensured HIPAA compliance while documenting in the EHR. Previously, as a Medical Receptionist at Century Pediatrics (2022–2024), I scheduled patients, verified insurance, handled phones, and processed payments.
My Medical Assistant Externship at Dr. Lamba’s (2021) strengthened my foundation with vitals, scheduling support, and patient records.
