At The Re-Wrap Association CIC, I built the finance function from the ground up as turnover grew from £2m to £10m in three years. I introduced credit-risk assessment and product-line P&L, and brought 98% of the debtor book within 30 days.

I lead finance and operations across the UK and India, presenting financial and operational updates to the Board. I’ve also cut warehousing costs by 50%, halved marine cargo insurance costs, and led the sale of Dale Carnegie South East through to completion.
