Previously, I worked as a Cost Controller for Rooms Batumi and Holiday Inn Tbilisi, verifying goods documentation, collaborating with chefs on recipe costing, and analyzing costs at month-end. At Rooms Holding, I reconciled cash, monitored overages and shortages, and recorded expenses as a Cashier (Junior Accountant).
