I am a dynamic administration and medical billing professional with over 11 years of experience in administration, data management, and process improvement across healthcare operations.
In my current role as Deputy Head of the Medical Billing Department, I manage end-to-end billing processes, compile and analyse billing data for HMOs, NHIS and private organisations, and reduced billing errors by implementing quality control measures while onboarding and training 16+ employees.
Earlier, I supervised construction of multi-storey healthcare facilities, managed block manufacturing operations that supplied over 50,000 moulded blocks, led procurement and resource allocation, and served as Facilities Manager across multiple sites.
