I'm leading SOF AT&L budget execution at SOCOM, overseeing financial analyst operations across five Program Executive Offices supporting the Acquisition Comptroller. I coordinate end-of-year closeout, current-year funding execution, Status of Funds reporting, and execution support with leadership and HQ Accounting.

I've managed PPBE requirements across DISA program offices and 26 cost centers, covering O&M, Procurement, RDT&E, and OCO funding. My work includes POM and BES data calls, spend-plan validation, cost-center reconciliation, congressional review support, and projected-obligation reporting.

Across Air Force, NATO, and deployed environments, I've planned, programmed, budgeted, and executed portfolios ranging from $1.2M to $235M. I have supported F-16 missions, aircrew training, deployed operations, Afghan Security Forces Funds, and mission-critical contracts during sequestration.

I bring hands-on expertise in DEAMS, GFEBS, BQ, ADVANA, CRIS, FM Suite, WAWF, EDA, and Excel, grounded in DoD financial regulations, fiscal law, SFIS, FIAR, and PPBE. I'm a Certified Defense Financial Manager with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
