Tonia Satou

I lead communications strategy for the European Federation for Intercultural Learning, an EU-wide network of 24 member organisations. I set KPIs, oversee monitoring and evaluation, and act as Deputy Secretary General for the Secretariat.

I've managed EU-funded projects across Erasmus+ and Creative Europe as a freelance project manager and at Mosaic Culture & Creativity Social Enterprise. My work includes grant writing, project implementation, outreach, and communications for the cultural and creative sectors.

I also bring European institutional experience from a Blue Book traineeship at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Translation and a press officer internship at the Greek Embassy in Brussels.

With a background in European and International Studies, translation, and political discourse analysis, I work fluently across Greek, English, French, and Italian. I use communications tools including Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, and WordPress to build cohesive multi-channel engagement.
