At Raymath, I designed and built 6–8 custom forming machines, taking them from customer requirements through AutoCAD layouts, fabrication, testing, and commissioning. I also developed bills of materials and cost estimates, and worked with suppliers on equipment components.
I reduced one part’s unit cost from $5.19 to $1.67 through redesign, saving the customer nearly $88,000 annually. I improved production through CNC programming, tooling changes, cycle-time studies, and troubleshooting.
At Apex Aluminum Die Casting, I supported 15–20 customer accounts, preparing tooling quotations and coordinating engineering, purchasing, production, and tooling requirements. More recently, at SKF USA, I completed approximately 200 bearing inspections and trained approximately 150 personnel on bearing applications and maintenance.
