What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-focused role where I can apply my HR administration training, data collection, record-keeping, confidentiality, communication, and community engagement experience.

I maintained public safety with Namibia's Ministry of Safety and Security from 2010 to 2018, enforcing laws, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and providing community and traffic policing services.

I later collected accurate household data for the Namibia Statistics Agency through face-to-face interviews, electronic data-capture tools, full area coverage, evidence collection, and timely field reports.

I'm trained in Human Resources Development at NQF Levels 4 and 5, with strengths in confidentiality, interviewing, record-keeping, conflict resolution, staff support, and community engagement.
