As a Pre-Analytical Technician, I perform specimen processing, data entry, and quality control tracking under strict lab standards. I complete documentation accurately and maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA requirements, while following safety and cleanliness procedures to protect staff and ensure compliance.

Previously, as a Calibration Service Technician, I calibrated and maintained instruments and equipment to meet quality and regulatory standards. I recorded calibration data, supported audit-ready documentation, helped develop and implement updated calibration procedures, and trained team members.

Earlier in my career, I supported hotel operations as an Assistant Manager, working across departments on guest experience programs, budgeting, vendor coordination, and events that improved satisfaction and drove revenue. I also serve as a Remote Recruiter identifying and evaluating athletic talent across the Marshall Islands, building relationships with coaches, schools, and clubs, and preparing reports on athlete performance and development initiatives—today while I pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business (Focus: Entertainment).
