Developed a comprehensive chess website from scratch using ASP.NET, C#.NET, and MySQL, featuring over ten million filterable and sortable games. Created an algorithm to parse deeply annotated chess games for interactive user play.

Worked on a contractual basis developing the company's flagship Anti-Money Laundering software, KYCMATIC, and a new software product from the ground-up. Utilized Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS for front-end, and C# .NET with SQL Server for back-end, integrating with Azure DevOps and Git.

Developed multiple successful web applications for the general public using C#, .NET, Javascript, and jQuery, enhancing server functionality with C++. Conceived and developed two new web applications from scratch, including 'studies.chessbase.com' and 'plag.chessbase.com'.

Led a team in developing a mobile App version of Global Connect, branded as Flexforce, using Xamarin and C#.NET, successfully deployed for clients. Responsible for developing enhancements and maintaining the company’s main application, Global Connect, a web-based software for marketing data.

Designed and developed numerous online web applications from scratch for NHS Deaneries, UK hospitals, and government entities, including Intrepid and Leave Manager. Provided technical leadership and support to team members, and was responsible for continuous updating and feature enhancement of applications.

Contributed to the development of the 'Work.Together' online collaboration software system, responding to Software Change Requests and Detailed Design Specifications. Utilized ASP.NET with SQL Server 2005, ADO.NET, and custom XML files for configuration settings.

Developed the eApplications system, including web services and encryption, and created a web-based portal for EU Legislation input. Implemented a mobile telephone service for tracking building planning applications using Java and SQL Server.

Programmed in various environments using Microsoft Access 2000, SQL Server 2000, and Visual Basic 6, creating intranet web pages with classic ASP. Maintained and troubleshot handheld devices, and developed a TCP/IP interface for mobile unit to desktop PC communication.

Developed a Java application for the reception, display, and posting of live text messages on TV and radio, utilizing multithreading to poll email servers. The software allowed for editing, deletion, and airing of text messages received from a premium rated number.

Prepared graphical user interfaces and forms for the entry of network standard NFS-4 parameters. Worked as a computer programmer using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 during a summer placement.
