What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a pharmacovigilance/drug safety role where I can strengthen safety systems, perform signal detection and quality-focused compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve patient outcomes through accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

I’m a Pharmacovigilance Pharmacist with a proven track record at Cipla Ltd, focused on drug safety regulations, signal detection, and meticulous adverse event reporting. I set up and manage a robust pharmacovigilance database system to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and high data integrity.

I strengthen compliance through internal and external audits, effective regulatory control systems, and timely submissions to health authorities for product/process changes. I also develop risk management plans and support benefit-risk evaluations, label updates, and ongoing pharmacovigilance training for teams and partners.

Beyond industry, I help coordinate real-world pharmacovigilance implementation through the SLL initiative funded by Mastercard Foundation and Africa CDC in Kenya, working with stakeholders to plan technical activities and support evidence generation, data collection, and data use. Earlier, I built foundation in pharmacy practice and digital content/analytics, which sharpen my patient-safety mindset and data-driven communication.
