At ProcessPro Limited, I oversee ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 client engagements from gap assessment and implementation planning through certification audit preparation. I lead client requirements workshops and report delivery progress to executive sponsors.

I direct multidisciplinary consultants and specialists on quality and information security management systems, ERP solutions, and data analytics projects. I also set up risk plans, quality assurance procedures, and performance indicators to track delivery.

At Ade Afolabi Impact Scheme, I planned and supervised community development programmes and maintained monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track outcomes. I trained and mentored 200 young people in agricultural practices and supported them in establishing farming enterprises.
