What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic engagement, intelligence, privacy, cybersecurity, or research initiatives that strengthen institutional readiness, decision-making, and resilience in complex national-security and emerging-technology environments.

At National Defense University’s College of Information and Cyberspace, I advanced strategic engagement, executive decision-support, and cross-sector partnerships supporting Joint Force education in cyberspace, AI, the information environment, and disruptive technologies.

I previously led enterprise privacy and data-governance transformation at Venable LLP for a major social media platform operating under an FTC consent decree. I built compliance processes and cross-functional workflows, and managed escalations involving data scraping, cybersecurity incidents, legal, engineering, security, and executive stakeholders.

Across Link Analysis and HighGround Global, I led OSINT, digital investigations, protective intelligence, threat monitoring, and influence-operations research for corporate investigations, law firms, cybersecurity firms, defense contractors, law enforcement, and high-value principals. My work has included state-sponsored information operations investigations, attribution-grade due diligence, geospatial verification, dark-web research, and real-time threat reporting.

I also bring deep Mediterranean regional expertise, having managed multinational HUMINT research and instructed more than 4,000 Marines and Sailors on cultural intelligence and operational readiness. Through REGENERINT, I apply structured intelligence methodology to research on electromagnetic environments, cognitive performance, and biological resilience.
