At McDonald’s as a Crew Member, I provided excellent customer service, took accurate customer orders, and handled cash and card transactions. I also maintained cleanliness, followed health and safety standards, and collaborated with team members to meet daily goals.

In a seasonal Guest Advocate role, I assisted guests with finding products and answering questions, operated cash registers, and resolved issues to keep service moving smoothly. I consistently focused on staying organized, keeping displays clean, and delivering a positive experience.

As a Youth Counselor for a summer job, I supervised and engaged with youth in a safe, supportive environment while planning and leading fun, educational activities.
