I am a service charge accountant with a BSc (2:1) in Business Management and AAT Level 2 & 3 qualifications, complemented by a Level 5 Management and Leadership certification. I bring hands-on accounting experience across property management and construction-related businesses.
At Firstport I prepared year-end accounts and projected budgets for UK properties, using QUBE Property Management System and Excel macros, and maintained accurate aged debtors/creditors, bank balances and income reconciliations through regular communication with property managers.
Previously I processed supplier and customer invoices, CIS and VAT returns, job costings, and payroll-related tasks using Sageline 50, and performed administration, credit control and stock control duties in temporary roles.
