What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote, part-time or full-time work. I'm based in Hanoi and can overlap with US and EU working hours for calibration sessions, with asynchronous guideline updates.

At VCCorp – Admicro, I prepare and clean Vietnamese training data for fine-tuned language models, and review chatbot and retrieval outputs for factual grounding, instruction adherence, and natural phrasing. I maintain held-out evaluation sets and rubric-based scoring to measure quality changes between model versions.

At VinSmart Future, I worked on the language layer of an in-car Vietnamese voice assistant. I reviewed and rewrote spoken dialogue, curated a gold benchmark of hard cases, and rated model outputs against a fixed rubric.

On my Vietnamese content QA & fact-checking project, Equity Research Copilot, I checked AI-generated financial writing against source documents and required claims to be cited or abstained from. I also have experience delivering Java API modules against written specifications at VCCorp.
