What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead MEP design and BIM delivery, work collaboratively, solve constructability challenges, and continue growing technical and BIM management skills.

I am a Mechanical Designer and BIM/CAD Technician with over 15 years' experience delivering MEP design and construction documentation for buildings. I specialize in HVAC, plumbing, sanitary drainage and fire protection systems, developing conceptual through detailed designs and performing engineering calculations to meet international and local codes.

I have led design teams and BIM workflows across projects in Singapore and Myanmar, producing Revit models, custom families, shop drawings, BOMs and material takeoffs while coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces and resolving constructability issues using clash detection.

Technically proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Carrier HAP and a wide range of BIM and CAD tools, I bring strong attention to detail, standards-based drafting (ASME Y14.5), and a commitment to collaborative delivery, continuous improvement and practical, code-compliant solutions.
