What I'm looking for

I’m looking to collaborate with product teams, lead user research, and help shape long-term product strategy—turning insights into polished UX that reduces friction and improves conversion.

I’m a UI/UX & Product Designer who delivers polished, high-converting experiences—from mobile and web apps to landing pages, SaaS products, and dashboards. Through freelancing, I design with both user expectations and business goals, staying proactive and deadline-focused to reduce friction and boost conversions.

I’ve led UX case studies and audits across fintech, e-learning, e-commerce, govtech, and mobile experiences, including PayMate (FinTech), ComBank Digital App (UX audit & redesign), and TechNest (CRO-optimized e-commerce). I also build animated Figma prototypes and translate insights into clear interaction patterns.

Right now, I’m combining UX research and experimentation with product thinking: A/B and multivariate testing, usability testing, heuristics, journey mapping, and survey design. I’m looking to collaborate with product teams, deepen user research, and contribute to long-term product strategy.
