At CI&T, I validate enterprise Microsoft Copilot interaction flows from user prompts through intent recognition, agent routing, knowledge retrieval, and generated responses. I assess RAG behavior, identify hallucinations and routing failures, and support enterprise-scale releases across global business units.
I build Python and Playwright automation suites, develop internal validation APIs, and test service and data layers with SQL. During global rollout Hypercare, I triaged 268 end-user bug reports in Azure DevOps and coordinated retesting through closure.
As an independent SDET, I built the Nexus Framework in Java 17 and Playwright, reducing execution time by 40%, and created a Generative AI QA Agent that turns business requirements into Gherkin scripts.
