Provided statistical consultation on a variety of projects with surgeons and surgical residents within the Department of Surgery. Applied statistical methods to medical research and clinical studies.

Taught Mathematics courses at all levels with emphasis on statistics, advised students, and served on Department and University committees. Received tenure in April 1994 and was promoted to Professor in August 2000.

Consulted on a variety of statistical and operations research problems, providing expertise to optimize business processes. Applied quantitative methods to address complex challenges within the retail sector.

Acted as a statistical/mathematical consultant, designing and coordinating experiments, analyzing data, and publishing technical reports for process/product/cost improvements. Developed and conducted courses in statistics and quality control for mill personnel, and implemented a Train the Trainers program.
