I’m looking for legal roles in legal practice, corporate compliance, or policy development—where I can apply my cross-border negotiation, contract drafting, and governance research to support compliant, business-ready decisions.

I am an internationally trained legal professional with a strong background in law, governance, and policy, holding a BA.LLB from Parul Institute of Law. I bring a unique blend of legal insight, business acumen, and an international perspective to legal practice, corporate compliance, and policy development.

My experience spans legal research, contract drafting, advocacy, and cross-border negotiations through roles at Hitesh Gupta & Associates, Abroad Gateway / Globe Gate Associates Pvt Ltd, August Seafood & Resources, and Lightace Development Group. As Co-Founder & Legal Advisor, I draft partnership agreements and MOUs and support education-focused legal aid and intellectual property protection—while also delivering regulatory compliance and risk-mitigating documentation for international trade.
