Thembisile Masilela

I am friendly and passionate about growth, with experience as a general assistant and leader in school. I bring strong communication skills developed through interacting with different people.

I worked as an Education Assistant from 2020-2021 at Ramants Primary School, supporting teachers with lesson preparation and helping learners with reading, writing, and numeracy. I provided one-on-one tutoring for struggling learners, including those with special needs, and helped maintain classroom order.

I also contributed to literacy improvement through “Reading Champions,” running reading clubs, reviving libraries, and conducting storytelling sessions. I am hard working, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
