What I'm looking for

I seek senior leadership roles overseeing operations, finance and transformation where I can drive governance, digital adoption, efficiency and strategic resource allocation.

I am a senior operations and finance leader with extensive experience across UN agencies and international organisations, delivering governance, internal control and value-for-money in complex country and regional contexts.

At UNICEF I served as Deputy Representative - Operations leading operations support, budget, financial management, supply and logistics, ICT, HR and administration across country and field offices, and I have overseen procurement and supply chains exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars.

Previously I served as Regional Controller and Senior Budget Officer at UNHCR, and held senior finance and administration roles with ICAO, the Ministry of Finance (Turkey) and OIC, delivering business transformation, audit oversight, decentralization and financial reforms.

I lead cross-functional teams, design risk-based oversight and assurance frameworks, implement digital and process transformation (Cloud ERP, Power BI, mobile money), and drive resource mobilisation and efficiencies to achieve programme impact.
